1. Delivery Areas:
AMR Solar primarily ships within the Western Cape. However, we may accommodate requests for delivery to other provinces on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
2. Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times for the Western Cape: 2-5 working days. For other provinces, delivery times will vary depending on the location and shipping arrangements.
3. Liability:
AMR Solar excludes liability for damages or losses during transit. However, we offer optional insurance coverage for an additional fee, which covers damages or losses during transit. Please contact us for more information.
4. Shipping:

All orders are shipped at the instruction of the customer, and the customer will be liable for the items once they leave the premises of AMR Solar.

An order will be considered completed by AMR Solar once it has been collected by the customer and/or the shipping company.

AMR Solar will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred during transit via theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause that is out of our control (force majeure).
5. Packaging:
Additional packaging costs may be incurred by the customer when requesting AMR Solar to ship fragile goods. Goods that require special packaging will incur an additional fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers can contact AMR Solar via phone or email for any shipping-related inquiries or concerns.

Customers are required to provide a valid phone number and email address for shipping purposes.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their deliveries for damages and notifying AMR Solar within 24 hours of receipt.

Customers may organize their own courier, provided AMR Solar is notified beforehand.
7. Split Orders:
In rare circumstances, orders may be split and arrive at different times. AMR Solar will notify customers in such cases and provide tracking information for each shipment.
8. Re-Delivery Fees:
If a customer is not available to receive their order, a re-delivery fee may be charged.
9. Shipping Company:
AMR Solar uses reputable courier services and provides tracking information to customers.
10. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be included in the quote provided to customers. Please note that additional fees may apply for special packaging or re-delivery.
